Meet Tori Loomis. Tori was recently named Executive Chef for The Pilot House Restaurant and Lounge, located inside Hotel Vue in Natchez.
Tori’s interest in the culinary arts began at an early age. She began working in the restaurant and hospitality industry at 16. In 2010, she attended the Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge. She returned to Natchez in 2012 to pursue her career.
Her primary responsibilities include developing a contemporary, creative dining experience with innovative menu options and efficiently leading her “heart of the house” team.
